<li>The Evaluation Result is presented in the form of a report showing the assessment of the tenders by the evaluation board.</li><li>The Evaluation board takes into consideration the Criterion and the Tender Evaluation Terms when assessing the tenders.</li><li>The awards result takes into consideration the evaluation result and awards the contract.</li><li>In the case of contest design competitions, the board is formed by a Jury, whose decision may be binding for the Procuring Entity (see Evaluation Board Type).</li></ol>
